How will I know if my order has been successful?

Once you place a order with AV Monkeys you will get a confirmation e-mail from us, This e-mail will have on it your Order number which you need to keep safe for any further enquires, It will also have your Product and the Price you paid.

As well as the e-mail from AV Monkeys you will also receive a e-mail from Protx once you have completed and paid for your order, In this e-mail it will have your unique reference number for the transaction, the Price and the Item you have purchased.

What will happen if the product I order a item that is out of stock?

Here at AV Monkeys we always try to keep the website up to date with the latest products and items on the market, However if by chance you do place a order and its all paid for we will get in touch with you to let you know the situation and offer a alternative product if applicable.

If we cannot get the product your require or a suitable alternative we will give you a 100% refund straight back to the method you paid with.

Once i placed a order when will I receive my goods?

We aim to have the items you have purchased with you as soon as possible usually within 14 days, However if the items are not with you with a 28 day period you will be entitled to a full refund.

Can I have the item delivered to a different address from where I live?

Yes, once you have made a account with AV Monkeys and have placed a order, near the bottom of the page is a section where you can change the delivery address to anywhere in the U.K.

What will happen if the item i buy is broken or damaged on delivery?

If after receiving your goods they are found to be damaged in anyway, please inform us at your earliest convenience or within 24 hours by either email on Sales@avmonkeys.co.uk or via telephone 05601 263471.
